Privacy policy & terms – List Only
Last updated: March 2026
List Only (“the app”) is developed and published by Lukasz Gorgol (Beukot Apps, beukot.com).
1. Personal data administrator
The administrator of personal data (if any) related to the use of this website or the app is Lukasz Gorgol, a natural person resident in Poland.
Contact: P.O. Box 21, 01-460 Warsaw 27, Poland. For matters regarding List Only you may contact: beukot.apps@gmail.com (or the contact form at beukot.com).
2. Data in the List Only app
The app does not collect any personal data. It does not require an account, does not track location, and does not send your lists or usage data to any server. All lists and items are stored only on your device. We do not have access to them.
Permissions used by the app are minimal (e.g. Internet only to open this privacy policy in a browser).
3. Analytics and usage data
We may use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect limited, anonymized usage information to improve the app. This may include:
- Approximate location (country level only, derived from IP address)
- Device information (model, OS version – no personal identifiers)
- App interactions (which screens are viewed, how long, basic events such as adding or editing items)
This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not include personal information, the content of your lists, or anything you type in the app.
Purpose: To understand usage patterns, detect crashes indirectly, and prioritize features.
Firebase processes this data under Google’s privacy terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of analytics at any time via device settings.
In the current version (v1.0), no analytics data is collected. Future versions may enable it.
4. This website (beukot.com)
We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted at plausible.beukot.com) on this website. Plausible is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies for tracking; it provides anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g. page views) to help us understand how the site is used. No personal data is collected for analytics. For more information see Plausible’s data policy.
5. Consent and changes
Use of the app requires your acceptance of this privacy policy. Any change to this policy will require your renewed acceptance. If you do not accept the current version, the app will not be usable until you accept. You may revoke acceptance at any time (via the app); the app will then stop being usable until you accept again.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
Polish law applies. Any disputes arising from or related to the app or this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, and in particular the courts competent for the seat of the administrator (Warsaw, Poland). You agree to this jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimer
The app and this website are provided for information and use “as is”. You use them at your own risk. The author is not liable for any errors, consequences of errors, or any effects (or lack of effects) of using the app or this site. The licence to use the app may be revoked at any time and for any reason. You are not obliged to use the app; by using it you agree to these terms.
